Location of the apartment

This is a lovely modern studio apartment in an award winning prestige new construction near the intersection of the streets called Jungmannova and Vodickova only a couple of minutes on foot from the centre of Wenceslas Square and about 5 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. The National Theatre beside the river and State Opera House at the top end of Wenceslas Square are within easy walking distance as are the city`s wide range of varied nightlife to suit all tastes and interests. For those who do not want to walk to the Castle there are several nearby tramstops offering direct connection to the Castle at the top of the hill on the other side of the river. The apartment is on the 4th floor of its building which does not have an elevator.

Rates are subject to change but once confirmed will remain fixed irrespective of currency rate fluctuations. Rates are quoted in EUR, however payment can also be made in USDollars, GBPounds, Jap.Yen and Czech Republic Koruna.
